The Manage Section screen controls which major content areas appear on the public digital card.
It allows the card owner to hide sections that are incomplete, temporarily unavailable, irrelevant to the card’s audience, or not needed for the selected design.
The screen contains visibility controls for:
The Header is permanently enabled. The other listed sections can be selected or cleared before saving.
Manage Section controls visibility only. It does not create, edit, reorder, or delete the information stored inside those sections.
From the dashboard:
On a phone or smaller screen, select the menu icon inside the VCard editor before opening the additional options.
The screen displays a checkbox for every controllable public section.
Each checkbox represents one public VCard section.
The section is permitted to appear on the public card.
The section is hidden from the public card.
Clearing a checkbox does not delete the information already entered into that section.
For example, clearing Products hides the product area but does not delete the product records or their images.
When a card does not yet have saved Manage Section preferences, the interface initially marks the optional sections as selected.
This means a newly configured card may attempt to display all available sections.
A section may still remain absent when:
Review Manage Section before publishing the card so visitors see only complete and useful content.
Enabling a section does not automatically create its content.
For example:
Another example:
Complete the related editor section first, then enable it through Manage Section.
The Header represents the main identity area at the beginning of the digital card.
Depending on the selected template, it can include:
The Header checkbox is already selected and disabled. It cannot be cleared from Manage Section.
This ensures that the public card retains its main identifying area.
To change the Header’s content, edit:
Manage Section cannot remove the Header.
The Contact checkbox controls the card’s public contact-information area.
Depending on the template and information entered, this section may include:
Turn Contact on when the card is intended to help visitors reach the person or business.
Turn it off when:
This control does not delete the phone numbers or email addresses entered in Basic Details.
It also does not control the account’s separate Contacts records. It controls only the public contact presentation.
The Services checkbox controls the complete public Services section.
Turn it on after creating service records containing:
When Services is hidden:
Hiding Services does not necessarily remove services from historical appointment records.
Use this control when services are temporarily unavailable, being updated, or not relevant to the current VCard.
The Galleries checkbox controls the public Gallery area.
The Gallery may contain:
Turn Galleries on after confirming that all media is current and publicly appropriate.
Turn it off while:
Clearing Galleries does not delete Gallery Categories or uploaded media.
The Products checkbox controls the complete public Products section.
When enabled, visitors may be able to:
Turn Products off when:
Existing products and historical Product Orders remain stored when the section is hidden.
The WhatsApp Store checkbox controls the display of stores connected to the VCard.
Before enabling it:
When the checkbox is cleared, the store remains stored and connected, but its public VCard presentation is hidden.
This control does not delete the store, store products, subscribers, or orders.
The Testimonials checkbox controls the public testimonial or customer-review section.
Turn it on after adding approved testimonial records.
Testimonials may contain information such as:
Turn Testimonials off when:
Clearing the checkbox does not delete the testimonial records.
The Blogs checkbox controls the VCard’s public Blog section.
Blogs can be used for:
Turn Blogs off while articles are incomplete, outdated, or being reviewed.
The saved blog records remain available inside the VCard editor and can be displayed again later.
The Business Hours checkbox controls the public weekly operating schedule.
Before enabling it, confirm that:
Turn Business Hours off when the business does not maintain regular public hours or when the schedule is temporarily uncertain.
The saved weekly schedule remains stored while the section is hidden.
The Appointments checkbox controls the public appointment-booking section.
Before enabling it, confirm that the appointment configuration includes:
When Appointments is hidden:
Use this control when bookings are paused, schedules are being revised, or the business is temporarily unavailable.
The Map checkbox controls the public location map.
The map uses location information entered in Basic Details 2, including either:
or:
Before enabling Map, confirm that:
Do not publish a private residential address unless public display is intentional and appropriate.
Enabling Map without valid location information may produce an empty or incomplete map area.
The Banner checkbox controls the public promotional Banner section.
A banner may be used for:
Before enabling it:
Clearing Banner hides the public presentation without deleting the banner record.
The Instagram Embed checkbox controls the public Instagram Feed area.
Before enabling it:
Turn Instagram Embed off when embedded content is outdated, unavailable, or causing the card to become unnecessarily long.
The saved Instagram records remain stored while hidden.
The LinkedIn Embed checkbox controls the public LinkedIn Feed area.
Before enabling it:
Clearing the checkbox hides the LinkedIn Feed but preserves the saved embed records.
The Iframe checkbox controls content added through the VCard’s Iframe section.
Iframe content may be used to display supported external resources such as:
Before enabling it:
Turn Iframe off when the external content is unavailable, broken, outdated, or being replaced.
The iframe records remain stored while hidden.
The Payment Link checkbox controls the public Payment Links section.
Before enabling it, confirm that every payment entry has:
Turn Payment Link off when:
Hiding Payment Link does not delete the saved payment-link entries.
The Newsletter Popup checkbox controls whether the VCard may present its visitor-subscription popup.
The popup can be used to invite visitors to submit an email address for communications such as:
Before enabling it:
Turn Newsletter Popup off when the business is not currently collecting subscribers or when the subscription process is being reviewed.
The popup control is separate from the saved Subscriber records. Hiding the popup does not delete previously collected subscribers.
Review every checkbox before saving.
A checked section should meet three conditions:
Clear sections that are unfinished, empty, outdated, or unnecessary.
After selecting the desired sections, select Save.
The system stores the section visibility settings for the selected VCard.
Wait for the success confirmation before leaving the page.
After saving, open the public VCard and confirm that:
Select Discard to leave Manage Section without saving the current changes.
Discard returns to the VCards page and preserves the previously saved visibility configuration.
It does not:
Any checkbox changes made since the last save are not applied.
Manage Section should be used when content may be needed again.
Example:
Result:
To permanently remove an individual product, use the Delete action in the Products section.
The same principle applies to Services, Galleries, Testimonials, Blogs, Payment Links, and embedded content.
The screen contains visibility checkboxes but does not provide:
The selected VCard template determines the general order and placement of the displayed sections.
Changing the template may therefore change where the same enabled sections appear.
After changing templates, review Manage Section and the public card again.
To change the actual information, use the related editor area.

Manage Section only determines whether the prepared content is publicly displayed.
Not every public feature has a Manage Section checkbox.
Other controls are handled in their own editor areas.
Examples include:
Use the related settings for these features instead of searching for them in Manage Section.
An enabled section may still not appear when it has no content.
For example:
Do not use empty sections as placeholders. Complete the content first or leave the checkbox cleared until the section is ready.
Different templates may:
Manage Section determines which areas can display, while the template determines how they are designed.
A concise professional card may enable:
Other sections can remain hidden until they are needed.
A product-oriented card may enable:
Review product and payment workflows before publishing.
A service provider may enable:
This structure helps visitors understand the services, verify credibility, schedule, and pay.
A portfolio-focused card may enable:
Keep the number of external embeds reasonable so the card remains responsive.
An event card may enable:
The Iframe may be used for a supported registration form, schedule, map, or external event resource.
A very simple card may enable only:
This can be appropriate for a basic contact-sharing page where additional content is unnecessary.
After saving:
Pay close attention to:
A card that looks balanced on a desktop can feel crowded on a phone.
Hide lower-priority sections when they make the mobile experience unnecessarily long.
Determine the primary action visitors should take.
Examples include:
Make sure the most important sections support that action.
Do not display every available section merely because content exists.
After duplicating a VCard:
A duplicated card may contain copied settings that are not appropriate for the new person, department, campaign, or business.
Confirm that:
Confirm that:
Also confirm that the visible content is not being produced by another section. For example, a custom link and a payment link may lead to similar destinations but are controlled separately.
This is expected.
The Header checkbox is permanently selected and disabled. Manage Section does not allow the Header to be hidden.
Edit the Header’s content through Basic Details and the selected template.
Open the related editor section and confirm that content has been created.

Then confirm that the section is enabled in Manage Section.

At the end of this chapter, the user should understand how to use Manage Section to show or hide every controllable public VCard area, preserve hidden content, distinguish visibility controls from content editing, and create a focused public-card layout.
