After signing in to AIUNIFY Digicard, select VCards from the main navigation menu.
The VCards page is the central area for creating and managing your digital business cards. The number of cards you can create and activate depends on your subscription plan and account permissions.
The VCards page provides two display options:
Select the table icon or image icon near the top of the page to switch between the two views. The system remembers your selected display style for future visits.
Two creation options may appear at the top of the VCards page:
AI VCard opens the AI-assisted card creation tool.
New VCard opens the standard card creation form and allows you to enter the card information manually.
These buttons only appear when your account has permission to create cards and you have not reached your subscription plan’s VCard limit.
Each card listing can display the following information:
Card Name
The name assigned to the digital card. Selecting the name opens the card editor when your account has editing permission.
Occupation
The occupation or professional description entered for the card.
Status
A switch that determines whether the card is active or inactive.
Preview URL
The public address visitors use to open the card.
View Count
The number of recorded visits to the card.
Creation Date
The date and time the card was originally created.
The exact columns shown may vary depending on the selected view and subscription features.
Use the switch in the Status column to control whether a card is publicly active.
When the switch is turned on, the card becomes accessible through its public URL. When the switch is turned off, the card becomes inactive.
The system checks your subscription limit before activating a card. When the maximum number of active cards has been reached, the system will prevent another card from being activated until another card is deactivated or the plan is upgraded.
An active card displays a clickable public address. Select the address to open the card in a new browser tab.
Select the copy icon beside the address to copy the link to your clipboard. The copied link can then be shared through email, text message, social media, websites, or other communication channels.
When an approved custom domain is active and assigned for VCard use, the system uses that custom domain. Otherwise, it uses the standard AIUNIFY Digicard card address.
An inactive card may show its address as plain text instead of a clickable link.
Each card provides several direct action icons.
Analytics
Opens the card’s visitor and engagement reports. This icon appears when analytics is included in the account’s features.
Subscribers
Displays visitors who subscribed through the digital card.
Contacts
Displays contact information submitted or saved through the card.
Edit
Opens the complete VCard editor.
Select the three-dot menu beside a VCard to access additional actions.
Select QR Code to generate or download the QR code connected to the card’s public address.
When someone scans the code, their device opens the digital card. The QR code download size can later be adjusted inside the card’s Basic Details settings.
Select Download VCard to download the card’s contact information as a VCF contact file.
The file may include the cardholder’s:
The downloaded file can be opened and saved in compatible contact applications.
Select Inquiries to view messages or information requests submitted through that specific card.
The public inquiry form must be enabled for the card before visitors can submit inquiries.
Select Duplicate VCard to create a copy of the selected card.
The duplication process copies the main card and supported related content, including services, testimonials, products, blogs, policies, social links, custom links, banners, embedded content, and QR settings.
The duplicate option is only available when the account has room to create another card.
Select Delete to permanently remove the card.
Deleting a card also removes its associated card record and certain attached files and policy records. The public URL will stop working after deletion.
The Delete option is not displayed to organization sub-users who do not have ownership-level permission.
In Table View, select the checkboxes beside the cards you want to remove.
When one or more cards are selected, the Delete Multiple button appears. Select it to begin the bulk-deletion process.
Review the selected cards carefully before confirming because deletion removes the cards rather than merely deactivating them.
Select the card name or the Edit icon to open the editor.
The VCard editor contains separate operating sections for:
