AIUNIFY Social Media uses provider authorization workflows to connect your social profiles. You begin the process from Connect Platforms or from the Add New Channel action in Channels.
Facebook and Instagram use the Meta/Facebook authorization flow. The user grants the permissions required for supported Facebook Page and Instagram publishing operations.
If the provider login is cancelled, the interface can report Login cancelled or failed.
LinkedIn opens a provider authorization window. After a successful callback, AIUNIFY Social Media exchanges the authorization result and can display that the LinkedIn account was connected.
X / Twitter uses its provider authorization window. Complete the X authorization and return to AIUNIFY Social Media to finish the account connection.
YouTube uses the Google/YouTube authorization workflow. Connect the channel you want available for AIUNIFY Social Media video publishing.
Threads opens its authorization window and returns the result to AIUNIFY Social Media. A successful operation can display Threads account connected!.
TikTok uses its provider authorization window. When the operation succeeds, the account is refreshed into the user's connected-channel list.
If AIUNIFY Social Media reports that a provider application ID, Client ID, Client Key, or authorization configuration is unavailable, the user cannot complete that connection from the normal account workflow. Contact the system provider or support team. Do not attempt to configure global provider credentials because that is an administrator-only operation.
If an existing channel loses authorization, use Reconnect or the reauthorization action on the Channel card. The same normal provider login flow is used while preserving the context of the existing connected account.
Use Disconnect when you intentionally want to remove a social account connection from AIUNIFY Social Media.
When the request succeeds, the application can display Account disconnected successfully. The connected-account list and channel statistics are then refreshed.
If the request fails, the interface can display Failed to disconnect account or another returned message. Refresh Channels and confirm whether the account is still connected before trying again.
Use Pause when you want to stop using an account temporarily while preserving its connection. Use Disconnect only when you intend to remove the active connection and potentially require provider authorization again later.
