The Connect Platforms workspace allows a normal user to connect supported social media accounts to AIUNIFY Social Media.
The page explains that connected platforms can be used to automate publishing, track performance, and manage social activity in one place.
The current user connection workflow supports:
Each network is presented through a platform card. Select the desired provider to begin its user authorization workflow.
The Connect Platforms page includes a Workspace Overview designed to track connected platforms and publishing readiness.
The normal user summary can include:
The Connected Platforms value compares the number of different active platforms represented in your workspace with the total number of supported platform types.
Publishing Ready reflects the number of active connected accounts available to the user.
Auto-Publish Active represents active accounts that are not currently paused.
The number of social accounts a normal user can connect can be limited by the current subscription plan.
If you have reached your allowed channel count, AIUNIFY Social Media can display:
You have reached your channel limit. Upgrade your plan to connect more.
The Channels workspace also provides Add New Channel or Connect Platforms while the current account count remains below the allowed channel limit.
Channel limits are a normal subscription constraint. Users may review or upgrade their own plan through the supported subscription workflow, but configuring plan definitions or changing global channel limits is an administrative function and is not included here.
