Refresh Channel Data

The Channels workspace can validate a connected channel token and refresh the related statistics. Use Refresh when a channel is still connected but you want AIUNIFY Social Media to confirm the current authorization state and update available metrics.

A successful refresh can display Channel data refreshed successfully.

Token Validation Warning

If the connection is no longer valid, the application can report that token validation failed. Use the Reconnect workflow rather than attempting to configure provider credentials yourself.

Reconnect a Channel

Reconnect runs the normal provider authorization workflow again for the selected account. Depending on the network, AIUNIFY Social Media opens the appropriate login or authorization window.

Complete the provider login and grant the requested publishing access. When successful, the account is refreshed in the Channels workspace.

Reconnect All

The Channels Quick Actions area includes Reconnect All. Its description explains that it refreshes tokens and synchronizes metrics for every channel.

The current implementation checks each connected channel and refreshes the available statistics after the validation cycle.

Pause a Channel

Use Pause when you want to temporarily stop treating a channel as an active publishing destination without disconnecting the social account.

A successful request can display Channel paused successfully.

Resume a Channel

When a channel is already Paused, use the same channel-control workflow to resume it. A successful request can display Channel resumed successfully.

Export Channels

The Quick Actions panel provides Export Channels. It downloads your channel list and available statistics as a JSON file named channels-export.json.

The exported information includes channel name, username, platform, status, and the available channel metrics.

Successful Export

After generating the file, AIUNIFY Social Media can display Channels exported successfully.

Administrative Configuration Is Excluded

Refreshing or reconnecting a channel is a normal user operation. Configuring provider application IDs, secrets, API credentials, global OAuth settings, or platform-wide connection settings is not part of this User Operations Manual.
