Each connected account is represented by a Channel card or list row. The presentation provides enough information to identify the account and understand its current publishing state.
A Channel entry can display:
Active channels are visually marked as Active. Temporarily disabled channels are marked Paused.
The status indicator is important because a paused account remains known to AIUNIFY Social Media but is not treated as an ordinary active publishing destination until resumed.
Channel cards display Posts This Month or Posts, depending on the active view. This value comes from the available statistics for that specific connected account.
The Channel card also displays the available Engagement value for the account.
The Channel action bar supports normal-user operations including:
The Open action builds an external provider link when supported. It can open Facebook, Instagram, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, or TikTok in a separate browser tab.
The Analytics action opens Social Analytics with that platform supplied as a filter so you can inspect the related performance data.
When a channel refresh is in progress, Posts and Engagement can display a loading indicator until the updated metrics request finishes.
Use Refresh for current connection and metrics validation, Pause for temporarily stopping use of the account, Reconnect for restoring authorization, and Disconnect only when you intend to remove the connection from the active workspace.
