Publishing Workflow

The Dashboard contains a Publishing Workflow section with the instruction Complete these steps to publish your content. It provides a visual sequence of the major tasks involved in moving social content from connection through publishing.

Workflow Statuses

Each workflow step can display one of three statuses:

  • Completed
  • In Progress
  • Pending

The status indicator helps show where the current publishing process stands.

Workflow Navigation

Workflow items are clickable. Source-defined workflow destinations include:

  • Connect → Channels
  • Generate → Dashboard / AI workspace
  • Caption → Captions
  • Review → Social Composer
  • Publish → Social Composer

Explore AI Studio

The Publishing Workflow includes Explore AI Studio. Selecting it returns to the broader Dashboard area where supported creative tools can be accessed according to the user's plan and available features.

Connected Accounts

Below the Publishing Workflow, the Dashboard displays the latest connected social accounts associated with the user.

When no account has been connected, the section can display No connected accounts yet and explain that you should connect your first social media account to get started.

Connected Account Information

Connected account entries can include:

  • Profile picture
  • Account name
  • Username
  • Platform
  • Current connection state
  • Available account performance information

Latest Accounts

The dashboard backend retrieves the most recently connected active accounts first and limits the Dashboard list so it remains a concise operational overview.

Refresh and Reconnect

Connected-account presentations can expose Refresh or Reconnect behavior. Refresh checks the current connection and metrics, while Reconnect directs you toward restoring a connection that is no longer active.

Use Channels for Full Management

The Dashboard is intended as a summary. For complete channel search, filters, pause/resume controls, reconnection, analytics links, export, and disconnection, open the Channels workspace.
