Dashboard Statistic Cards

The Social Media Dashboard provides five primary summary cards. Each card displays a current value and links to the related operational workspace.

Connected Accounts

Connected Accounts shows the number of active social accounts associated with your user account. Selecting this card opens the Channels workspace.

The Dashboard can also show a trend for connected accounts compared with earlier connection activity.

Total Posts

Total Posts shows the number of social post records associated with your account. Selecting the card opens Social Activity, where the publishing history can be searched and filtered.

Published Today

Published Today counts posts whose status is Published and whose publishing timestamp falls within the current day.

Selecting this card opens Social Activity so you can inspect the individual records behind the total.

Scheduled

Scheduled counts posts that currently carry the scheduled publishing status. Selecting this statistic opens the Scheduled Posts workspace.

Engagement (30d)

Engagement (30d) reports the engagement information collected for your published content over approximately the last 30 days.

When the engagement value is 1,000 or greater, the card can display the total using a compact K format.

Trend Indicators

Connected Accounts, Total Posts, and Engagement can display an upward or downward trend value when the dashboard has comparison data. Neutral statistics display a neutral value instead.

Use the Cards as Shortcuts

The summary cards are not only reporting blocks. They are navigation shortcuts:

  • Connected Accounts → Channels
  • Total Posts → Social Activity
  • Published Today → Social Activity
  • Scheduled → Scheduled Posts
  • Engagement (30d) → Social Analytics

Interpreting the Dashboard

Use these figures together rather than independently. A high Total Posts value indicates publishing volume, while Engagement provides a separate signal about interaction. Scheduled indicates upcoming workload, while Connected Accounts indicates the number of active destinations currently available to the user.

Read-Only Summary

Viewing a Dashboard statistic does not change the underlying record. Any editing, scheduling, channel-management, or publishing action occurs after you open the appropriate operational workspace.
