The Social Media Dashboard provides an operational overview of your connected social accounts, publishing activity, scheduled content, and engagement performance. Its page subtitle describes the workspace as an Overview of your social media activity and performance.
Use the Dashboard as the starting point when you want to understand the current state of your Social Media workspace without opening every publishing module separately.
The dashboard combines several user-facing sections:
The dashboard data is built from social accounts and social posts associated with the signed-in user. It counts your active connected accounts, your social publishing history, your scheduled items, your published content, and the engagement information available for your own records.
When Social Media information is loading, the interface displays loading indicators before the dashboard cards become available.
If the user dashboard request cannot be completed, AIUNIFY Social Media can display Failed to load dashboard data. Refresh the page and confirm that your Social Media session remains active before trying again.
Many dashboard cards are interactive shortcuts. Selecting a summary card can take you directly to the related Channels, Social Activity, Scheduled Posts, or Analytics workspace.
A practical daily review is to open the Dashboard, inspect the connected-account count, review pending scheduled content, confirm the publishing workflow, check the channel distribution, and then inspect Top Engagement Posts for recent performance signals.
The dashboard reports and links to normal user operations. It does not require provider API configuration, global application settings, role management, or other administrative functions.
