The Social Analytics workspace contains a Top Performing Content section. It describes these records as your most popular posts ranked by total interactions.
The backend gathers publishing records associated with the signed-in user's account and calculates available engagement using normalized likes, comments, and shares information.
The strongest engagement records are returned for the Analytics interface and can then be narrowed further by the selected platform.
The table includes columns for:
When media exists, the table displays a small image or video preview. The post caption is shown beside the media. If the post has no caption, the interface can display No caption.
The Platform column identifies the network associated with each top-performing record and uses the appropriate platform visual indicator.
The table derives a display date from the post's published, scheduled, or created timestamp, prioritizing the published time when it is available.
AIUNIFY Social Media normalizes provider interaction metadata so the table can display the available likes, comments, and shares values.
The Engagement column represents the total of the available interaction values for that record.
If you select only Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or another supported platform in Analytics, Top Performing Content is reduced to records belonging to that selected network.
If no qualifying records are returned for the current filters or period, the interface can display No top-performing posts found in this period.
Review high-performing captions, media formats, posting dates, and platforms for recurring patterns. Use those insights when planning new content, but remember that high performance on one platform or campaign does not guarantee the same result elsewhere.
