Analytics Summary Cards

Social Analytics provides four primary statistic cards that summarize the currently selected platform and period.

Total Audience

Total Audience is calculated from the follower counts available across the currently filtered connected profiles.

When the total reaches 1,000 or more, the interface can display the audience value using a compact K format.

The card describes the figure as the audience across connected profiles.

Published Content

Published Content represents the post count associated with the filtered accounts for the selected analytics period.

The interface describes this statistic as posts published in the selected period.

Total Engagement

Total Engagement is derived from interaction information available for the currently filtered top posts.

The interface describes the value as the sum of likes, comments, and shares. The underlying social data can contain provider-specific interaction fields that AIUNIFY Social Media normalizes for display.

Avg. Engagement Rate

Avg. Engagement Rate is calculated from the engagement-rate values available across the filtered connected accounts.

The visible card displays the resulting percentage and describes the measure as total engagement divided by audience.

How Platform Filtering Changes the Cards

If All Platforms is selected, the statistics summarize all returned accounts. Selecting one platform recalculates the visible account-derived and content-derived values using only that network's filtered records.

How Period Selection Changes the Cards

The selected Analytics period is supplied when the Social Media dashboard data is retrieved. Switching between This Week, This Month, This Year, and All Time changes the reporting interval used by the analytics response.

Interpreting the Numbers

Use Total Audience to understand available audience size, Published Content to understand output volume, Total Engagement to understand the interactions represented in the current data, and Avg. Engagement Rate to compare interaction performance relative to audience.

Provider Differences

These figures depend on the metrics made available by the connected social platforms. A zero or missing value can reflect unavailable provider data rather than an absolute absence of audience or engagement.
