The Social Media Analytics navigation opens the Social Analytics workspace. The page describes its purpose as analyzing your performance and engagement across all platforms.
The Analytics workspace uses Social Media dashboard data associated with the signed-in user's connected accounts and publishing activity. It is intended for normal operational performance review rather than platform-wide administrative reporting.
You can review all available social platforms together or select an individual platform. The supported analytics platform family includes:
The primary Analytics period selector supports:
The default Analytics period is This Month.
Some Social Media workflows can open Analytics with a platform already supplied in the URL. When that occurs, the Analytics page initializes the platform filter to the requested network.
When All Platforms is selected, the workspace uses all returned connected accounts and top-performing posts. When one platform is selected, the account list and top-post list are filtered to that network before the visible statistics are calculated.
The normal Social Analytics workspace includes:
If the analytics request cannot be loaded, the interface can display Failed to load dashboard data. Retry the page once and verify that the associated social accounts remain connected.
Analytics depends on the statistics returned or stored for each connected network. Not every social provider supplies identical follower and engagement information, so some values can differ in completeness across platforms.
