The Media Library provides Select Multiple when you want to work with several eligible media records together.
Use Select All to select every eligible media item currently loaded on the displayed results page. When all displayed items are selected, the control changes to Deselect All.
The workspace shows how many media records are selected relative to the total number of available results.
Select Cancel Selection to leave selection mode. Leaving selection mode clears the current selected-media list.
When permitted, open the media card actions and select Delete. The confirmation dialog is titled Delete Media and warns that the action cannot be undone.
When deletion succeeds, the interface can display Media deleted successfully.
When one or more eligible items are selected, choose Delete Selected. AIUNIFY Social Media opens a separate confirmation for deleting the selected media items.
The warning explains that deleting the selected media cannot be undone.
When bulk deletion succeeds, the application reports the number of media items deleted, clears the selected IDs, and exits selection mode.
If a deletion fails, the interface can display Failed to delete media. Refresh the Media Library to confirm which records remain before retrying.
Normal users cannot delete or modify media identified as uploaded by an Administrator or Super Administrator. Those protected assets may still be visible or selectable for allowed workflows, but the normal user does not receive Edit or Delete controls for them.
This restriction is intentional. Do not attempt to change uploader roles, administrator ownership, or global Media Library permissions. Those are elevated administrative functions and are outside this manual.
