When your normal user account has access to create Media Library content, the Media Library header provides Upload Media or Add Media.
The upload dialog includes a drag-and-drop area. You can click the upload area to browse files from your device or drag supported files directly onto the upload area.
The interface supports selecting multiple files in a single upload session.
During upload, the button can display Uploading Media....
When the upload request succeeds, AIUNIFY Social Media can display Files uploaded successfully. The upload dialog closes and the new assets become available through Media Library according to the current search and filter state.
If an upload cannot be completed, the interface can display Failed to upload media or a more specific returned message for the affected file.
Confirm that the file is accessible and compatible with the workflow where it will be used before trying again.
The Media Picker used inside other features can also allow direct file uploads. When the picker has been restricted to Images, non-image files are rejected for that selection.
Adding media to Media Library only stores the asset for later use. It does not post the media to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, YouTube, Threads, TikTok, or another social network.
If Upload Media is not visible, the account may not currently have the required normal-user Media Library creation access. This manual does not document how permissions are assigned because role and permission administration is outside User Operations.
