Use Create Caption when you want to save reusable caption text directly in the Captions Workspace without first publishing a social post.
Caption Name is required. Use a descriptive internal name such as a campaign name, promotion type, seasonal message, or reusable call-to-action category.
The interface provides an example similar to Summer Sale Announcement.
Choose Manual when writing the caption yourself. Manual is the default Source for a new caption.
Select the appropriate status:
A new caption begins as Active unless you select another status.
Caption Body is required. Enter or paste the reusable social media message in this field.
The interface can display guidance such as Draft your captivating message here....
Use Tags to organize the record. Enter multiple values separated by commas, for example:
campaign, promotion, engaging
Internal Notes are optional and can be used for user-level working instructions or reminders associated with the saved caption.
These notes are stored with the caption record and can later be viewed from the caption card's information indicator.
The caption cannot be saved unless both Caption Name and Caption Body contain text. If either is blank, the interface can display its required-fields error.
After reviewing the name, source, status, body, tags, and notes, select Create Caption.
When creation succeeds, AIUNIFY Social Media can display Caption created successfully and close the dialog.
The saved caption remains in the Captions Workspace according to its Source and Status. You can copy its text later or use the publishing caption workflow when preparing new social content.
