Finding Saved Captions

The Captions Workspace provides search and filter controls so you can locate reusable caption records without manually scanning the complete collection.

Search Captions

The search field can display Search by name, caption, or notes.... Enter text related to the caption you are trying to find.

The workspace delays the search request briefly while you type so that a request is not sent after every single keystroke.

Source Filter

The Source filter supports:

  • All Sources
  • Manual
  • AI

Select Manual when you want to review captions written directly by users. Select AI when you want to review captions identified as AI-generated.

Status Filter

The Status filter supports:

  • All Statuses
  • Active
  • Inactive
  • Draft

Combining Search and Filters

Search, Source, and Status values are submitted together. For example, you can search for a campaign phrase while limiting results to AI captions with Active status.

Reset Filters

Use the reset-filter control when you want to clear all restrictions. Reset returns Search to blank, Source to All, and Status to All.

Reading the Summary Cards

The summary values can help you understand the currently returned caption collection:

  • Total Saved
  • AI Generated
  • Manual Written
  • Active Ready

Caption Card Badges

Each caption card displays both Source and Status. Review these badges before editing or copying a caption so you know whether you are working with a manual or AI record and whether it is Active, Inactive, or Draft.

Notes and Tags

If a caption has internal notes, the card displays an information indicator that can expose those notes. Tags are displayed beneath the caption content and can help identify the intended campaign, promotion, subject, or organizational grouping.

No Matching Captions

If your combination of search and filters returns no caption records, reset one or more filters and try again. A no-results screen does not delete or change any stored captions.
