AI Caption Generator

The AIUNIFY Social Media navigation includes AI Caption Generator. Opening it loads the Captions Workspace, where reusable caption records can be created, organized, edited, copied, and deleted.

Captions Workspace

The workspace is designed to Manage your captions. Captions stored here can be manually written or created with AI assistance.

Workspace Summary Cards

The top of the workspace provides four caption summary values:

• Total Saved — total caption records returned to the workspace.
• AI Generated — captions whose Source is AI.
• Manual Written — captions whose Source is Manual.
• Active Ready — captions currently carrying Active status.

Create Caption

Select Create Caption to open the caption creation dialog. New captions begin as Manual and Active unless you change those selections.

Open AI Studio

The header also contains Open AI Studio. In the current Social Media implementation, this opens the Social Composer, where the normal publishing workflow and Get Caption functionality can also be used.

Caption Cards

Saved captions are displayed as cards. Each card can contain:

• Caption Source
• Caption Status
• Created-time indicator
• Caption name
• Optional notes indicator
• Caption text
• Tags
• Edit action
• Copy action
• Delete action

Caption Sources

The two normal-user Source values are:

• Manual — written directly by the user.
• AI — created or improved using the caption generation workflow.

Caption Statuses

Caption records support:

• Active
• Inactive
• Draft

No Captions Found

If the current filters return no results, the workspace can display No captions found and recommend adjusting filters or creating a first reusable caption block.

Relationship to Publishing

The Captions Workspace is a reusable caption library. Publishing still occurs through the Social Composer. Creating or editing a caption here does not automatically publish it to a social network.
