The final Bulk Publishing step is Review & Confirm. The interface describes this step as previewing your posts and confirming the import.
The Review area summarizes important bulk-job information, including:
The Review sidebar provides a publishing checklist that can confirm items such as selected account permissions, the configured scheduling interval, and the initial start buffer.
If anything is incorrect, use Back instead of submitting. You can change accounts, replace the CSV, or adjust the scheduling rules before returning to Review.
Before the API request is sent, the bulk workflow validates every row. A row must contain a caption or media. It must also have at least one account through either the row mapping or the selected-account list.
If validation fails, the interface displays Fix errors before publishing.
After confirming the review information, submit the bulk publishing request. The system sends the post rows together with user-selected settings such as Posting Interval, Stop on Error, Timezone, Add First Comment, Maximum Posts Per Day, weekend skipping, and automatic hashtag rules.
When processing completes, Bulk Publish Results displays three primary totals:
If one or more rows fail, the results modal displays the affected row number and the returned failure message. Use those details to identify which piece of content needs to be corrected.
When at least one row succeeds, the bulk form resets its primary row, account selection, CSV file information, and wizard step so another bulk job can be prepared later.
Select Close & View Activity after reviewing the results. When the batch contains successful records, the workflow can route to Social Activity so the resulting publishing history can be monitored.
If the bulk API request itself fails, the interface can display Failed to process bulk publish or a more specific returned message. Review connected accounts, content, media URLs, and scheduling data before trying again.
