The third Bulk Publishing step controls how imported posts are spaced and scheduled. The interface identifies this area as Settings & Rules and describes it as configuring how your posts should be published.
Posting Interval determines the number of minutes placed between consecutive bulk posts when the automatic schedule is calculated.
The interface begins with a default interval of 10 minutes. Its scheduling guidance recommends leaving a reasonable buffer between posts to support visibility and provider rate limits.
Select the starting date and time for the bulk schedule. The initial interface defaults to the following day at approximately 10:00 AM, but you can change those values before continuing.
Select the timezone used for the bulk schedule. The scheduling guidance recommends aligning the publishing timezone with the active hours of the audience you are trying to reach.
The bulk scheduler applies a daily limit when distributing the imported rows. The current default is 10 posts per day.
If the maximum posts value is blank or below 1, the wizard prevents progression and can display Maximum posts per day must be at least 1.
The user-facing setting can skip weekend days while calculating the publishing sequence. When enabled, the automatic scheduler moves affected rows forward until a weekday is reached.
Although the internal state is named differently in portions of the source, the actual implemented check skips Saturday and Sunday.
You can create reusable hashtag rules in Step 3. Enter a hashtag value and add it to the current rule list. The workflow removes a leading # when storing the rule and avoids adding an exact duplicate to the same list.
The scheduling guidance describes these rules as a way to inject preset hashtag pools into bulk captions automatically.
Stop on error controls whether bulk processing should stop when an error occurs. This can help prevent a chain of additional failures when a media link, account authorization, or other publishing dependency is invalid.
Add first comment controls whether first-comment information imported with the content should be submitted as part of the bulk workflow.
When you continue to Review, AIUNIFY Social Media applies the start date and time to the first row. Later rows are spaced according to the Posting Interval until the Maximum Posts Per Day limit is reached. The scheduler then advances to another eligible day and continues the sequence.
Before selecting Next, confirm Posting Interval, start date, start time, timezone, daily limit, weekend preference, hashtag rules, Stop on error, and Add first comment. These values affect the complete bulk submission.
