Step 2: CSV & Content

The second Bulk Publishing step imports the post data that will be processed by the bulk workflow. AIUNIFY Social Media provides a downloadable CSV template so your file can follow the structure expected by the parser.

Download Template

The sidebar includes a CSV Template section with the instruction to download the template and follow its format.

1. Open Bulk Publishing.
2. Complete Step 1 and select Next.
3. Select Download Template.
4. Your browser downloads bulk_posts_template.csv.
5. Enter your post data using the template structure.
6. Save the completed file as CSV.

Import the CSV

You can select the CSV file through the upload control or drag and drop a CSV file into the supported upload area.

The uploader checks that the selected file is a CSV. If another file format is supplied, the interface can display Please select a valid CSV file. or Please drop a valid CSV file.

Required Parser Structure

The current parser expects a header containing caption. If that header is missing, the import can display Invalid CSV format. Please use the provided template.

Imported Fields

The parser maps row information into publishing fields including:

• Caption
• Media URL
• Content Type
• Scheduled At
• First Comment

Selected account IDs from Step 1 are also associated with imported rows.

Column Detection

The interface maintains a Columns Detected summary for values such as Date / Time, Caption, Media URL, Platforms or content type, First Comment, Location, and Labels. Detected template fields can be shown as Valid while unavailable optional fields remain identified as Optional.

Valid Rows

An imported row is considered usable by the current bulk workflow when it contains a caption or media information. Rows containing neither are excluded or fail validation.

Import Results

When parsing succeeds, AIUNIFY Social Media can display a message such as 5 rows imported from CSV. The Import Summary can show Total Rows, Valid Rows, and Invalid Rows.

If No Valid Rows Are Found

The interface can display No valid rows found in CSV. Review the file structure and confirm that each intended row contains publishable caption or media information.

Failed Parsing

If the browser cannot parse the file, the interface can display Failed to parse CSV file. Re-download the provided template and rebuild the CSV using the expected format rather than attempting to correct administrative application settings.

Continue to Settings

After valid content has been imported, select Next to continue to the Settings & Rules step.
