Step 1: Select Accounts

The first Bulk Publishing step is Select Accounts. The interface instructs you to select the social accounts where you want to publish the bulk posts.

Connected Accounts Only

The account list is built from the social accounts already connected to your AIUNIFY Social Media workspace. Accounts are grouped by platform so that multiple profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, YouTube, Threads, TikTok, and other supported networks can be distinguished more easily.

Select an Individual Account

1. Open Bulk Publishing.
2. Remain on Step 1: Accounts.
3. Locate the platform group containing the intended account.
4. Select the account card.
5. The account is visually marked as selected.

Select Multiple Accounts

You can select more than one account. The interface displays the number of selected accounts so you can verify how many destinations are included in the current bulk publishing job.

Select All

Use Select All when every connected account should be included. If every displayed account is already selected, the same control changes to Deselect All.

Account Mapping

When accounts are selected, AIUNIFY Social Media maps the selected account IDs into the bulk post rows. This allows the imported content to use the current account selection during the later publishing step.

At Least One Account Is Required

If you select Next without choosing any account, the application stops the workflow and can display Please select at least one account to proceed.

No Channel Connected

If your workspace has no connected social accounts, Step 1 displays No Channel Connected and explains that at least one social media channel is required before bulk posts can be scheduled.

Select Connect Channel to move to the normal Connect Platforms workflow.

Account Information

Account cards can show the profile picture, account name, account type, and platform identity. Review these details before selecting the account so the bulk content is not sent to the wrong social destination.

Before Continuing

Confirm the selected-account count and review the included platforms. When the correct destinations are selected, choose Next to proceed to CSV & Content.
