Bulk Publishing

Bulk Publishing allows you to prepare and submit a larger group of social media posts through one guided workflow instead of creating each publishing item individually in the Social Composer.

The page describes its purpose as bulk uploading and scheduling multiple social media posts at once.

Who Can Use Bulk Publishing

Bulk Publishing is part of the normal Social Media user workflow when your account has access to create social activity. It works with social accounts that are already connected to your AIUNIFY Social Media workspace.

The Four-Step Wizard

The current Bulk Publishing interface uses four steps:

  1. Accounts — Choose channels.
  2. CSV & Content — Upload your data.
  3. Settings — Configure rules and preferences.
  4. Review — Preview and confirm the bulk submission.

Step Navigation

Use Next to move through the wizard after completing the requirements for the current step. Use Back to return to an earlier step without immediately submitting the bulk job.

Workflow Requirements

The wizard applies validation as you progress. At least one connected social account must be selected before leaving the Accounts step. The CSV & Content step must contain imported post data before continuing. The Settings step requires a valid maximum-posts-per-day value.

Bulk Content Validation

Before final submission, each post row must contain usable content. The current validation accepts a caption, a media URL, or eligible attached media data. At least one social account must also be associated with the row or the overall bulk selection.

Scheduling Behavior

Bulk Publishing can automatically assign scheduled times across rows using the chosen start date, start time, posting interval, daily post limit, and weekend-skipping preference.

After Submission

The application returns a Bulk Publish Results summary showing the total number of submitted rows, the number that succeeded, the number that failed, and details for failed rows when available.

If one or more records succeed, closing the results workflow can take you to Social Activity so the resulting publishing records can be reviewed.

Bulk Publishing Does Not Replace the Composer

Use the Social Composer when you need detailed control over one post. Use Bulk Publishing when a larger set of prepared content needs to be distributed through a structured scheduling workflow.
