The Publishing Calendar includes a Filters control for narrowing the calendar by publishing format and current social post status.
Select Filters from the calendar toolbar. The filter panel opens with sections for Content Type and Post Status.
The calendar uses the source-defined social publishing types:
You can select more than one content type. A post remains visible when its content type matches one of the selected values.
The Publishing Calendar supports status filtering for:
The Calendar filter intentionally omits the Draft status from this calendar-specific filter panel. Draft management remains part of the Social Activity workflow.
A post can be treated as scheduled when its status is scheduled or when it is pending and contains a scheduled publishing time. This allows the calendar to show future publishing items while they remain in a pending processing state.
The Filters button changes its visual state when a status or content-type filter is active. An indicator can also appear to remind you that the calendar is currently restricted.
You can combine Content Type, Post Status, Platform, and Search. For example:
Each record must satisfy all active filtering conditions. If you select a platform, content type, status, and search phrase simultaneously, only records matching that entire combination remain visible.
Set the status back to All Status, remove selected content types, switch to All Platforms, and clear the search field when you need the complete calendar again.
