The Publishing Calendar includes a search field labeled Search posts.... Use this field when you want to find specific publishing records without manually scanning the entire calendar.
The calendar performs its search against user post information including:
If the search text does not match any of those values, the post is excluded from the filtered calendar view.
When search text is active, use the clear control in the search field to remove the search and restore the broader result set.
Below the calendar toolbar is the platform filtering area. The calendar supports an All Platforms state and individual social platform selections.
The calendar works with the supported Social Media platform family, including:
The calendar treats an account internally identified as X as part of the Twitter platform filter so that the two identifiers do not create separate user-facing calendar categories.
Select a platform tab when you want to see only the publishing records assigned to that social network. Return to All Platforms to restore the cross-platform calendar.
Search and platform filters work together. For example, you can choose Instagram and then search for a campaign caption phrase to isolate only matching Instagram calendar records.
Check whether a platform filter or search phrase is still active. A record must satisfy all currently active calendar filters before it appears.
