The Publishing Calendar provides a date-oriented view of your AIUNIFY Social Media publishing history and scheduled content. It is designed to help you plan, organize, review, and schedule content across supported social platforms.
The Publishing Calendar can be opened from several normal-user areas, including Social Activity and the Social Composer. The route is part of the Social Media user workflow and is not an administrative calendar.
The calendar initially opens in the Week view. In this view, the page title appears as Weekly Planner. When you switch to Month, the page title changes to Publishing Calendar.
Both views use the same purpose statement: Plan, organize and schedule your content across all platforms.
The calendar retrieves your social post history and organizes those records according to their relevant local publishing date. Records can include published, scheduled, pending, and failed social posts according to the filters you apply.
The calendar includes controls for:
A supporting sidebar provides additional planning information. Depending on the selected calendar view, it can show Upcoming Posts, a weekly Content Overview, or a Monthly Summary.
Selecting a post in the calendar opens the Social Post Review interface. This allows you to inspect the post without leaving the calendar planning workflow.
The Publishing Calendar listens for social post updates associated with the signed-in user. When a publishing record changes, the calendar can refresh the post history so the visible schedule remains current.
The page includes Create New Post, which opens the Social Composer. On smaller screens, the same creation workflow can be available through a floating Add button.
