After a social post has been published, Social Activity can provide a direct link to the corresponding content on the social network when AIUNIFY Social Media has enough provider information to construct that destination.
For an eligible published record, select View Live Post. The destination opens in a new browser tab so the live provider content can be reviewed without closing AIUNIFY Social Media.
For eligible Story records, the activity card can display View Live Story. Story destinations can be based on the connected account and provider-specific Story information.
The user-facing activity workflow contains link construction for published content on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, YouTube, and Threads when the required post identifiers or account information are available.
If a provider post identifier is missing, still pending, or cannot be converted into a live destination, the interface does not provide the same active external-post link.
Use View Details to inspect the current publishing status instead.
Activity cards also provide a Delete action for records that are not already marked deleted.
The confirmation can display Delete Social Post and explain that the operation will attempt to remove the post from the social platform and from the AIUNIFY Social Media history.
When deletion succeeds, the interface can display Post deleted successfully.
When the Draft status filter is active, the Delete action uses the draft deletion workflow instead of normal post deletion. A successful request can display Draft deleted successfully.
Normal post-history operations and draft operations use the signed-in user's identity. Draft records are queried and deleted using both the draft identifier and user ownership, and standard post deletion is also submitted with the current user's identity.
Do not use Delete merely to hide a record temporarily. For unfinished content that should be preserved, retain it as a Draft. For scheduled content that needs correction, use Edit Scheduled Post. Delete should be reserved for records you actually intend to remove.
