Social Activity provides several filters that can be combined to narrow publishing history by destination network, publishing format, and current status.
The platform bar begins with All Platforms. You can select individual connected-platform categories to restrict the activity records to one or more networks.
The source includes normal social platform identifiers for networks such as Facebook, Instagram, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and TikTok.
The interface maintains a list of selected platforms. Selecting a platform adds or removes it from the active filter set. This allows multiple network filters to be applied together.
Open Filters to access the Content Type section.
The source-defined activity content types are:
The same filter panel includes Post Status. Source-defined choices include:
When Drafts is selected, Social Activity switches from the post-history request to the saved-drafts request. Drafts are therefore not merely a visual label placed on normal published-history records.
The Filters control changes appearance when a status or content-type filter is active and can display an indicator showing that the activity results are currently restricted.
The platform filter area can reflect active platform, content-type, status, and search restrictions. Use All Platforms or the clear-all controls when you want to restore the default view.
For example, you can review only Instagram Reel activity, only failed Post records, or scheduled activity for a particular platform by applying the appropriate combination.
