Social Activity includes search and date controls that help narrow a large publishing history to the records you need.
The search field displays Search activity.... Enter text related to the publishing record you are trying to locate.
The backend supports searching normal social post history using the post caption and platform name. Draft search supports caption and draft title.
The standard activity search uses a short delay before sending the search value so the system does not submit a new query for every single keystroke.
You can use search to locate:
Next to the search field is a date filter. Select Select date to open the calendar and choose the day you want to review.
The Activity interface determines the most relevant date from the record using the scheduled, published, created, or updated timestamp and compares it with the selected local calendar date.
If no matching records exist for that day, the interface can display No posts found on this date and recommend selecting a different date or clearing the filter.
When a date is active, use the clear-date control to remove the date restriction. The activity view returns to the broader result set while retaining any other filters that are still active.
You can combine the text search with the date filter. This is useful when locating a particular campaign item from a known day.
If the search and filter combination becomes too restrictive, use the available clear-all filtering behavior to return the activity workspace to its default state.
