Scheduled Posts provides a Delete action for removing a scheduled social publishing record that you no longer want to remain in the queue.
Review the post carefully before using Delete. Confirm the connected account, platform, caption, media, and scheduled time so that the correct record is selected.
The confirmation dialog can be titled Delete Scheduled Post and can display:
Are you sure you want to delete this scheduled post? This action cannot be undone.
When the request succeeds, the interface can display Post deleted successfully. The scheduled queue should then refresh without the deleted record.
If the request cannot be completed, AIUNIFY Social Media can display Failed to delete post or another returned error message.
Refresh Scheduled Posts and confirm whether the record still exists before attempting the operation again.
Delete should be used when the scheduled record is no longer needed. If the post is still needed but requires changes, use the Edit action instead so that the existing content can be reopened in the Composer.
If the content should be retained for later work but should no longer remain scheduled, open the scheduled item for editing and save the revised content as a Draft rather than simply deleting it.
Post deletion is processed using the history record identifier together with the signed-in user's identity. The ordinary user operation therefore applies to the user's own social publishing record rather than functioning as a global content-management action.
