Publish Now

Use Publish Now when the post should be submitted to the selected social channels immediately rather than placed into the future scheduling queue.

Select the Publishing Option

The Publishing Options section includes:

• Publish Now — Publish immediately
• Schedule — Pick a date and time
• Draft — Save as draft

Select Publish Now for immediate publishing.

Pre-Publishing Checklist

1. Confirm at least one channel is selected.
2. Review the selected publishing formats.
3. Review the caption and hashtags.
4. Review all media attachments.
5. Review Story customization or audio if used.
6. Check the Channel Preview.
7. Select Publish Now.

Required Content

The Composer prevents publishing when no account has been selected. It can display Please select at least one account.

The Composer also requires usable post content. If no caption, media, or eligible Story text is available, it can display Please add a caption or media to your post.

Preparing Media

Before the publishing request is submitted, the interface can display Preparing secure media transfer.... This allows the system to prepare stored Media Library attachments and external media URLs for the publishing service.

Publishing Status

During submission, the interface can display Publishing to social networks.... When the request starts successfully, the user can receive Publishing has started!.

After Submission

For immediate publishing, the Composer routes back toward Social Activity. Use Social Activity to review the publishing status and determine whether each resulting post completed successfully.

If Publishing Fails

The interface can display Failed to publish content or a more specific provider message. Review the selected channel, content type, media requirements, and connection state before trying again.
