Using Multiple Media Attachments

The Social Composer allows you to select more than one eligible media asset for a social post. Selected media is displayed in the Media Attachments section so that you can review the files before publishing.

Selecting Multiple Assets

When the Media Library returns one or more selected items, AIUNIFY Social Media separates audio from image and video media. Image and video assets are added to the current post while avoiding duplicate copies of the same selected library item.

  1. Open Publish.
  2. Select one or more social channels.
  3. Open Media Library from the Media Attachments area.
  4. Select the image or video assets you want to use.
  5. Confirm the media selection.
  6. Review each selected attachment in the Composer.

Adding More Media

After one or more files have been selected, the Composer displays the selected assets in a grid. Use the add-media control to reopen the Media Library and append another eligible item to the current selection.

Removing an Attachment

Each selected media item includes a remove control. Removing an item only removes it from the current publishing item. It does not delete the original asset from your Media Library.

  1. Locate the attachment you want to remove.
  2. Use the remove control on that asset.
  3. Confirm visually that the asset is no longer part of the Composer selection.

Video Preview in the Composer

Selected video assets can display as video previews inside the attachment grid. The Composer can play a short preview when you interact with the item so you can identify the correct video before submission.

Platform Limits Still Apply

Selecting several media assets in AIUNIFY Social Media does not override provider restrictions. For example, X / Twitter has provider-specific limits for images and video, Threads has carousel limitations, and YouTube accepts video rather than image attachments.

Check Before Publishing

When several destinations are selected, make sure every selected platform supports the media combination you are preparing. If necessary, reduce the account selection or adjust the media before submitting the post.

Final Review

After managing the attachments, review the Channel Preview. The preview helps confirm the selected media and caption combination before the content is published or scheduled.
