Studios includes an Export Channels quick action that downloads information about the social channels currently connected to your AIUNIFY Social Media workspace.
The source builds the export from the connected channel list and includes operational fields such as:
The channel export is created as a JSON file named channels-export.json. JSON is a structured text format that preserves the channel fields in a machine-readable form.
When the export completes, the interface can display Channels exported successfully.
The exported data can be retained as a point-in-time record of connected social accounts, reviewed by technical staff, or used as a reference when auditing which channels were active at the time of export.
The same Quick Actions area includes a Channel Groups option. In the current source, selecting that option returns Channel groups coming soon. Because the feature is not yet operational, there are no user configuration steps to perform for Channel Groups at this time.
Downloading the JSON export is read-only. It does not pause, disconnect, reconnect, or otherwise modify any social channel.
