Why Channel Status Matters

A social account must remain properly connected before AIUNIFY Social Media can reliably use it for publishing. Studios displays connection and operational status information so you can identify channels that may need attention.

Active Channels

An ACTIVE channel is treated as available and ready for normal publishing operations. The workspace summarizes these channels as Active Channels and describes them as ready to publish.

Paused Channels

A PAUSED channel remains connected but is intentionally placed into a paused operational state. The workspace describes paused channels as temporarily paused.

Expired Channels

An EXPIRED state indicates that the connection or authorization may no longer be valid. An expired channel typically requires reconnection or reauthorization before normal publishing can continue.

Disconnected Channels

A disconnected channel is no longer available as a current publishing destination. If you still need the account, use the appropriate normal connection or reconnection workflow.

Channel Health

Studios includes a Channel Health concept and can identify channels as Healthy when the connection is operating normally.

The interface also provides View Health Details as a way to move toward broader account or dashboard information.

Recently Connected

The channel summary can identify accounts connected within the last 30 days. This is useful after onboarding new social profiles because it lets you quickly confirm recently added accounts.

What to Do When a Channel Is Not Healthy

  1. Refresh or validate the channel connection.
  2. Review the returned validation message.
  3. If authorization is expired, use Reconnect.
  4. If the channel was intentionally paused, resume it when you are ready to publish.
  5. If the account is no longer needed, remove it using the normal channel deletion workflow.
