When several social accounts are connected, Studios provides search, filtering, and sorting tools to help locate a specific channel without manually reviewing every record.
The channel search field can appear as Search channels... or Search channels or accounts....
Enter part of the channel name, username, handle, or other supported identifying text. The displayed channel list updates to records matching the search.
You can limit the displayed list to a specific social platform. The application normalizes related platform identifiers so that, for example, X can be treated as Twitter and LinkedIn Page records can be grouped appropriately with LinkedIn.
The status filter can be used to focus on channels with a particular connection state. The interface also provides an All Status option when you want to remove the status restriction.
When a search, platform filter, or status filter is active, the workspace can indicate that filters are being applied. Use Clear Filters to return to the complete channel list.
Source-defined sorting includes:
If the selected search and filters return no results, the interface can display No channels match your filters. Clear one or more filters and search again.
Use platform filtering when you manage several networks, status filtering when checking channel readiness, and recent sorting when you want to confirm newly connected accounts.
