Understanding Studios

Studios is the user-facing channel management workspace in AIUNIFY Social Media. Although the underlying source refers to these records as social channels, the navigation label presented to users is Studios.

Purpose of Studios

Studios allows you to review and operate the social accounts already connected to your workspace. Its purpose is to keep publishing accounts visible, organized, and ready for use.

Channel Summary Information

The workspace can display summary values such as:

  • Total Channels or Total Connected Channels
  • Active Channels
  • Paused Channels
  • Recently Connected channels from the last 30 days
  • Channel-limit usage
  • Posts This Month
  • Engagement information

Channel Details

Individual channel records can include the social profile name, username or handle, platform, connection status, profile image, connected date, monthly post activity, and available engagement information.

Quick Actions

The Studios workspace includes normal user operations such as connecting another account, refreshing connection data, opening a social profile, reviewing Analytics, pausing or resuming a channel, reconnecting expired authorization, and deleting an eligible channel.

Top Performing Channels

The interface can identify top-performing channels using available engagement and monthly publishing information. This provides a quick comparison before opening the full Analytics area.

Using Studios Before Publishing

Before creating a major publishing campaign, use Studios to confirm that the intended social destinations are active and available. If a channel is paused, expired, disconnected, or failing token validation, address that condition before submitting new content to it.

Administrative Settings Are Excluded

The Studios page may contain elevated controls for administrators. This manual covers only ordinary connected-channel operations and does not document any Admin-only Settings control or global integration configuration.
