Understanding External Authorization

Connecting a social account requires communication between AIUNIFY Social Media and the selected social network. The authorization process may use a platform login dialog, popup window, redirect, or callback before the account becomes available in Studios.

Keep the Main Workspace Open

When a platform opens a separate authorization window, keep the original AIUNIFY Social Media page open. The application may need the original browser session to receive the result and refresh the connected-account list.

Popup Blocking

If selecting Connect appears to do nothing, check whether your browser blocked a popup. Allow popups for sm.poweredbyaiunify.com when the platform connection requires an authorization window.

Cancelled Authorization

If you close a social login screen or deny authorization, the account will not be connected. The application can display a cancellation or failure message. Return to Connect Platforms and begin the process again.

Expired Sessions

A previously connected social session can expire. In that case, Studios can indicate that the account requires reconnection. Use the normal Reconnect action rather than attempting to configure the social integration itself.

Channel Limit Errors

If the account has reached its allowed number of connected channels, a new connection can be stopped before authorization. Review the connected-channel count and available subscription capacity.

Connection Configuration Errors

Messages referring to missing provider Client IDs, App IDs, secrets, API credentials, or service integration configuration indicate a provider-side setup issue. These settings are administrative and are not part of normal User Operations.

Do not enter or change service-level credentials. Contact the appropriate service administrator or support provider.

Confirming a Successful Connection

  1. Complete the platform authorization.
  2. Return to AIUNIFY Social Media.
  3. Open Studios.
  4. Confirm that the new channel is listed.
  5. Review its connection state.
  6. Use Publish only after the channel is available and ready.

If the Account Still Does Not Appear

Refresh the connected-channel view and confirm that the correct social identity was authorized. If the authorization completed but the account remains unavailable, retry the connection once. Persistent service-level failures should be reported to support rather than resolved through administrative configuration.
