LinkedIn is connected from Connect Platforms using an external authorization window. The application opens a LinkedIn authorization URL and waits for the authorization result to return to AIUNIFY Social Media.
AIUNIFY Social Media uses a separate popup-style authorization window for LinkedIn. Keep the main AIUNIFY Social Media browser tab open while completing the LinkedIn authorization.
If your browser blocks popups, allow the LinkedIn authorization window for the AIUNIFY Social Media site and try the connection again.
After LinkedIn finishes authorization, the callback process returns the result to the application. When successful, refresh or revisit Studios and confirm that the LinkedIn connection appears.
The source supports LinkedIn account types that can include a normal LinkedIn profile connection and LinkedIn Page-related handling. The options presented to you depend on the resources available to the LinkedIn account being authorized.
If the service reports that the LinkedIn connection configuration is unavailable, this is not something a normal user should configure. LinkedIn Client IDs and Client Secrets are provider-side integration settings. Contact the service administrator rather than attempting to modify them.
If the authorization window closes before completion, the login is denied, or no account appears afterward, restart the connection from Connect Platforms and complete the full authorization sequence.
