Facebook is connected through the normal Connect Platforms user workflow. AIUNIFY Social Media uses the Facebook authorization interface to request access to the Facebook resources needed for supported social publishing.
Make sure you are signed in to the Facebook account that has access to the Page or other supported Facebook resource you intend to connect.
Also confirm that your AIUNIFY Social Media account has available channel capacity.
After authorization succeeds, AIUNIFY Social Media processes the Facebook access response and can display a success message such as Account connected successfully!
Open Studios and confirm that the connected Facebook channel appears.
If you close or cancel the Facebook authorization flow, the application can display Login cancelled or failed. Start the connection process again when you are ready to authorize the account.
The application can report that the Facebook SDK is still loading. Wait briefly and select Connect again.
Facebook authorization requires a secure HTTPS connection in normal production use. Access AIUNIFY Social Media through its secure HTTPS address before starting the Facebook login process.
If the interface indicates that the underlying Facebook application configuration is unavailable, contact the service administrator. Do not attempt to configure Facebook App IDs, App Secrets, or service-level integration settings as part of the normal user connection workflow.
