AIUNIFY Social Media can limit how many social channels a normal user may connect. The allowed number is associated with the user's plan or available channel capacity.
The channel workspace can display the number of connected channels relative to the current limit using a format such as connected / limit channels.
For example, if your account allows five channels and four are currently connected, the workspace can show that four of five available channel positions are being used.
Before starting a new connection, AIUNIFY Social Media checks the number of existing user channels against the channel limit. If the limit has been reached, the connection can be stopped and the interface can display:
You have reached your channel limit. Upgrade your plan to connect more.
A successful authorization is only the first part of readiness. After connecting, verify that the channel appears in Studios and that it is active and available for use.
An existing account that has lost authorization may require reconnection rather than consuming another new-channel position. The application includes reconnect behavior for existing channels.
If the service reports that a platform connection is unavailable because required provider configuration is missing, the normal user should not attempt to enter application credentials. Contact the service administrator or provider instead.
