In addition to account and publishing counts, the Social Media Dashboard can summarize performance information derived from your published social content.
The dashboard defines an Engagement (30d) statistic. The backend calculates engagement from available interaction fields associated with published posts, including values such as likes, comments, and shares where those values are available from the connected platform.
The Engagement card links toward the Analytics workspace for more detailed performance review.
Channel distribution groups your social post activity by platform. This helps you understand how your publishing activity is spread across connected networks.
For example, a workspace publishing heavily to Instagram and Facebook but rarely to LinkedIn would show a different distribution than a workspace publishing evenly across all three.
The dashboard can retrieve recently published or scheduled posts and identify higher-performing content using the interaction information available for those records.
Use top-performing content as a starting point for deeper review rather than treating it as a complete analytics report.
Not every platform returns the same metrics in the same way. Some engagement values depend on what the connected social network makes available through its authorized connection. A missing metric does not necessarily mean that no engagement occurred.
