Daily Publishing and Future Publishing

The Social Media Dashboard includes separate metrics for content already published during the current day and content waiting for a future publishing time. These cards are labeled Published Today and Scheduled.

Published Today

Published Today counts posts associated with your account that have a published status and a published time within the current day.

Use this card after a publishing session to confirm that completed social publishing activity is being reflected in the workspace.

Scheduled

Scheduled counts posts currently carrying a scheduled status. Scheduled content has been prepared for a future publishing time rather than being sent immediately.

The dashboard links the Scheduled metric to Scheduled Posts, where you can review the individual records in the publishing queue.

Recommended Daily Check

  1. Review Published Today after completing immediate publishing activity.
  2. Open Social Activity if you need to confirm individual publishing results.
  3. Review Scheduled before ending a content-planning session.
  4. Open Scheduled Posts and confirm that upcoming records contain the intended platform and publishing time.

Published and Scheduled Are Different States

A scheduled post is not yet a published post. It remains in the future publishing queue until the scheduled time is reached and the publishing process completes. After successful publishing, the record can be reflected in publishing history and related performance reporting.

If a Number Is Unexpected

If a post you expected to be published is not reflected in Published Today, review Social Activity for the actual status. If a scheduled post is missing from the Scheduled count, open Scheduled Posts and confirm that it was successfully saved with a future publishing date and time.
