The Social Media Dashboard gives you a quick operational summary of the accounts and social content associated with your AIUNIFY Social Media workspace. Two of the primary dashboard cards are Connected Accounts and Total Posts.
Connected Accounts represents the active social accounts currently associated with your user workspace. The dashboard retrieves active accounts belonging to the signed-in user and can display the most recently connected accounts as part of the dashboard experience.
Selecting or following the Connected Accounts area leads toward the connected-channel workspace, identified in the Social Media navigation as Studios.
Total Posts represents social post records associated with your account. It provides an overall count of publishing activity rather than only showing posts created today.
The Total Posts dashboard card links operationally to Social Activity, where individual post records, publishing status, media information, and other details can be reviewed.
Connected Accounts answers the question, “How many active social destinations do I currently have available?” Total Posts answers the question, “How much social publishing activity has been recorded for my account?”
Reviewing these values together helps you quickly determine whether your workspace is properly connected and whether publishing activity is being recorded as expected.
If Connected Accounts is lower than expected, review Studios before creating new content. A disconnected, expired, or inactive channel may need attention. If Total Posts is different from what you expected, open Social Activity and review the available history and status filters.
