AIUNIFY Social Media is designed as a connected workflow rather than a collection of unrelated screens. A normal publishing cycle begins with connecting a social account and ends with reviewing publishing status and performance.
Open Connect Platforms and choose the social network you want to authorize. Supported platform families include Facebook, Instagram, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and TikTok.
Complete the external authorization flow for the selected platform. You should not need access to provider application credentials or administrative social configuration to perform the normal connection workflow.
After connecting an account, open Studios. Confirm that the expected channel appears and review its connection state. Studios can show active, paused, disconnected, or expired conditions depending on the account.
Open Publish to use the Social Composer.
The composer supports immediate publishing and scheduled publishing.
If the post was scheduled, open Scheduled Posts to confirm that it appears in the future publishing queue. Scheduled records can provide timing, platform, and status information.
Use Social Activity to review publishing history and post status. This is the primary area for checking what happened after content was submitted.
After content has been published and performance information becomes available, open Analytics to review account and content results.
The Social Media workflow also integrates supporting tools:
For consistent publishing operations, use the same sequence each time: connect and verify the channel, create and preview the content, publish or schedule it, confirm the resulting status, and then review performance. This makes it easier to identify whether an issue occurred during connection, content preparation, scheduling, publishing, or reporting.
