AIUNIFY Social Media can limit the visibility or use of ordinary operational features according to the account's plan and assigned access. As a result, two users may not see exactly the same navigation or available actions.
The application source shows that normal operational areas can be permission-gated. Examples include viewing Studios, creating social activity, viewing social activity, viewing Analytics, using the AI Caption Generator, and reviewing Usage Logs.
A permission requirement does not make the user workflow itself an administrator function. The normal user can use the feature when it is available, but this manual does not document how roles or permissions are created or assigned.
Some features can also be controlled by subscription limits. One visible example is the connected-channel capacity. If the account reaches its allowed number of channels, the interface can display a message indicating that the channel limit has been reached and that a plan upgrade is required to connect more.
Do not attempt to resolve ordinary feature availability by changing global settings, application credentials, roles, permission assignments, AI provider configuration, or payment-gateway configuration. Those are administrative functions and are intentionally excluded from the User Operations Manual.
When a feature is unavailable, first confirm that you are signed into the correct account, review your current plan or limit where that information is available, and use the customer-facing upgrade or subscription workflow if appropriate. If the limitation cannot be resolved from normal user controls, contact the appropriate account administrator or service provider.
