The Social Media section organizes the complete social publishing cycle into separate work areas. Understanding what each menu item is for makes it easier to move from account connection to publishing and then to performance review.
Studios is the connected-channel workspace. It is used to review the social accounts connected to your AIUNIFY Social Media account.
Source-defined channel information includes total channels, active channels, paused channels, recently connected accounts, posts for the month, engagement information, and channel health or connection state.
Connect Platforms begins the authorization workflow for supported social networks. Use it when adding Facebook, Instagram, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, or TikTok accounts.
Publish opens the Social Composer. This is where you select connected accounts, enter caption content, choose media, preview the post, and decide whether to publish immediately, schedule the post, or save a draft.
Social Activity is used to review post activity and publishing history. It becomes especially useful after publishing because it helps you review the status of previously submitted social content.
Scheduled Posts focuses on content that has a future publishing time. Scheduled records can include status and countdown information and, when eligible, can be edited, rescheduled, cancelled, or deleted.
Bulk Publishing supports larger publishing jobs and CSV-based workflows. It is designed for preparing and submitting multiple posts rather than creating each post separately in the composer.
Analytics provides social performance information for connected accounts and published content.
The AI Caption Generator supports the publishing workflow by creating captions for selected platforms and by maintaining reusable caption records.
