Understanding the User Interface

After authentication, AIUNIFY Social Media presents an application workspace with navigation that changes according to the features available to your account.

Main Navigation Areas

The source includes general user navigation such as Dashboard, Notifications, Profile, and Subscriptions, together with feature-specific navigation.

The application also includes a search field with the prompt Search AI tools, templates, and more.... Available search and navigation results depend on the modules enabled for your account.

The Social Media Section

The normal Social Media navigation uses these user-facing labels:

  • Studios
  • Connect Platforms
  • Publish
  • Social Activity
  • Scheduled Posts
  • Bulk Publishing
  • Analytics

The AI Caption Generator is available as a supporting content tool where the account has access to the corresponding feature.

Moving Between Workflows

You do not need to complete every operation from a single screen. AIUNIFY Social Media separates the workflow so that each area has a specific purpose.

  • Use Connect Platforms to add social accounts.
  • Use Studios to review connected accounts and channel condition.
  • Use Publish to prepare new social content.
  • Use Scheduled Posts to review future posts.
  • Use Social Activity to review publishing history and status.
  • Use Analytics to review performance information.

Profile and Subscription Navigation

Your account-level navigation can provide access to Profile and Subscriptions. These are customer self-service areas and are separate from provider or administrator configuration.

Feature Visibility

Some menu entries are permission- or plan-dependent. If a normal operational feature is not visible, your account may not currently have access to it. This does not mean that you should configure roles or system permissions yourself; those administrative functions are outside the scope of this manual.
