Starting Password Recovery

If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot password? option from the sign-in screen. AIUNIFY Social Media uses an email OTP to confirm account access before allowing a password replacement.

Forgot Password

1. Select Forgot password? from the authentication screen.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Select Send OTP.
4. Check your email for the one-time verification code.

The interface describes this step as entering your email to receive an OTP for password reset. While the request is processing, the action can display Sending OTP....

Verify the OTP

Enter the six-digit code on the verification page and select Verify OTP. If you did not receive the code, use the resend option.

Reset Password

After successful verification, the Reset Password page asks for:

• New Password
• Confirm New Password

1. Enter the replacement password.
2. Enter it again in Confirm New Password.
3. Select Reset Password.

The password must satisfy the application's password validation, including the minimum six-character requirement, and both password entries must match.

Returning to Login

After a successful reset, return to the login page and sign in with the new password. The Reset Password screen also provides a Back to Login link.

Common Recovery Messages

• OTP sent successfully — check the account email.
• Failed to send OTP — retry the request.
• Invalid OTP code — verify the code or request another one.
• Passwords must match — make both password fields identical.
• Password reset successfully — use the new password at login.
• Failed to reset password — review the information and retry.
