100.1 Additional File Sources

The Files workspace can provide additional import options when those user-facing features are enabled for the account.

100.2 Google Drive

Google Drive files can be imported through the available picker or by using a supported share link.

After a successful import, the file is stored in the current Files Folder.

100.3 Dropbox

When Dropbox import is available, select a Dropbox file through the available chooser or provide a supported shared link.

The imported file becomes part of the Files library after validation.

100.4 OneDrive

When OneDrive import is available, select a file through the OneDrive picker or provide a supported shared link.

100.5 Feature Availability

Cloud picker choices can differ by account and Plan. If a particular import option is not displayed, use one of the available File-import methods rather than assuming the Files workspace is malfunctioning.

100.6 Search Media Online

When enabled, select Search Media Online.

The workspace allows the user to enter a Keyword and choose from the currently available media Sources.

100.7 Search Results

Search results can include online image or video assets supplied through the currently available media sources.

100.8 Import a Single Result

Select an individual media result to import it directly into Files.

100.9 Import Selected Media

The Search Media Online workspace also supports selecting multiple results and importing the selected media into Files.

100.10 Files Confirmation

After a successful online-media import, the selected asset becomes available in the user's Files library for reuse.

100.11 Edit Image

Supported image files provide an Edit image workspace when the Image Editor feature is available to the account.

100.12 Editing Safety

Open the image editor from the specific File that should be changed, review the current preview, and save only after confirming that the edited image is suitable for continued use.

100.13 Campaign Asset Workflow

A practical asset workflow is:

  1. Upload, import, or generate the required asset.
  2. Organize it in the appropriate Folder.
  3. Preview the File.
  4. Edit the image when needed and available.
  5. Use the File from Landing Pages, QR campaigns, AI Image output, or other supported Local Growth workflows.

100.14 Do Not Configure External Services Here

The User Operations workflow only covers using import and media-search options that are already available in the Files interface. Configuration of external media services is not part of this manual.
