The Files workspace can provide additional import options when those user-facing features are enabled for the account.
Google Drive files can be imported through the available picker or by using a supported share link.
After a successful import, the file is stored in the current Files Folder.
When Dropbox import is available, select a Dropbox file through the available chooser or provide a supported shared link.
The imported file becomes part of the Files library after validation.
When OneDrive import is available, select a file through the OneDrive picker or provide a supported shared link.
Cloud picker choices can differ by account and Plan. If a particular import option is not displayed, use one of the available File-import methods rather than assuming the Files workspace is malfunctioning.
When enabled, select Search Media Online.
The workspace allows the user to enter a Keyword and choose from the currently available media Sources.
Search results can include online image or video assets supplied through the currently available media sources.
Select an individual media result to import it directly into Files.
The Search Media Online workspace also supports selecting multiple results and importing the selected media into Files.
After a successful online-media import, the selected asset becomes available in the user's Files library for reuse.
Supported image files provide an Edit image workspace when the Image Editor feature is available to the account.
Open the image editor from the specific File that should be changed, review the current preview, and save only after confirming that the edited image is suitable for continued use.
