Files is the user-facing media and document library used by AIUNIFY Search & Local Growth.
Generated AI Images and files selected for campaign designs can be stored and reused from this library.
Use the Files Search field to locate stored items.
Use the Category filter to narrow the visible library according to the available File categories.
Open a Folder to move into that part of the library.
The current Folder context is preserved while uploading or creating additional items.
Select Upload to add one or more files from the current device.
The Files feature checks the current account's allowed File Types, File Size limit, and Storage allowance before completing the upload.
Available Storage and maximum File Size can depend on the current Plan.
If an upload exceeds the applicable limit, the portal returns a validation message rather than storing the file.
Select New folder to organize files into a named Folder.
A Folder can include:
The same parent Folder cannot contain two Folders with the same Name.
Open the Folder Edit action to update its Name or Note.
When enabled, select Upload From URL and enter a public File URL.
The file is imported into the current Folder after normal file validation succeeds.
The library supports selecting visible Files individually or using the Select All Visible control.
Use Clear Selection when the current multi-file selection should be removed without deleting anything.
Use the bulk Delete action when the selected user-owned Files should be permanently removed.
Review the selection carefully before confirming deletion.
The Files library initially loads a working set of items and can load additional items in groups as the user continues through a larger library.
Supported Files provide normal Preview and Download actions so the user can verify or retrieve an asset before using it in a campaign.
