87.1 Saved Plans

Content Planner includes a Saved plans library for reusable planning results.

87.2 Save as New Plan

After generating a Planned Schedule, enter a Plan Name and select Save as new plan.

The saved record retains the Campaign Brief, Start Date, Planning Horizon, overview, and generated dated items.

87.3 Saved Confirmation

After a successful save, the interface confirms that a new Content Plan has been saved.

87.4 Open a Saved Plan

Select a Plan from Saved plans to reload it into the Content Planner workspace.

The currently loaded Plan is identified as Open.

87.5 Update Selected Plan

When a previously saved Plan is open, select Update selected plan to save the current Planner result back to that Plan.

87.6 Last Saved

The Planner can display the time the selected Plan was last saved.

87.7 Delete Plan

Select the Delete control beside a Saved Plan when the Plan should be permanently removed.

The confirmation explains that the selected Plan will be removed from the saved Planner library.

87.8 Delete Confirmation

Select Delete plan in the confirmation window to complete the removal.

87.9 Planner Prompt History

Content Planner also contains a recent Prompt history list.

Planner Briefs that have been run are retained there for quick reuse.

87.10 Reloading a Planner Prompt

Select a Prompt History entry to reload:

  • Plan Name where available.
  • Campaign Brief.
  • Days.
  • Start Date.
  • Generated Plan output.

87.11 Saved Plan Versus Prompt History

A Saved Plan is a named planning record intended for continued use. Prompt History preserves the generation request and its output so an earlier planning run can be reopened.

87.12 Planning Safety

A Content Plan is a planning draft. Verify dates, offers, CTAs, campaign themes, and operational timing before turning individual ideas into real published content.
